It was like this once

Just think

It was like this once: when we were little kids,

We didn't care what anyone thought,

We could wear what we wanted,

And we could believe in anything.

Nothing mattered back then,

Other than our family and friends,

Or making new friends,

And playing outside in the rain.

But now,

You have to be careful about everything,

Life is harder now,

Than what it used to be.
