A Poem by shanara renee

trying to hold on

I feel unwanted like a kitten who was abandoned by her Mother. I suffer with the rest of teenagers who believe they will never be loved or cared for. How I see you look around and see your way through the crowd. My common sense is hanging by a thread. What did I do? We’re doomed and now your ghost and I walk right through. I’m not being rational I’m just no longer in a daydream I think it’s time for me to stop following you to hell and start my own fantasy.
