Catherine

Catherine

A Poem by scarlynn

Alone on the court,
small bird - she waits,
sucks in a breath,
exhales a shooting star
that I still wish on.
Twiggy lent it to her,
eclipse eyes and
tiger's breath.
My angel sent,
her dust suspended in
time, off the collarbone
and through the halls -
under her spell, I fell.
