The Lumber Store is 'Open'!

The Lumber Store is 'Open'!

A Poem by Michael Stevens
"

One guess!

"

The Lumber Store is 'Open'!

Woke up in the night, feeling all right,

making a pup tent out of the covers, and the sight

was a welcome one--it had been awhile--it's usually pointed downhill.

Reached the top floor on the elevator, or swinging pipe, if you will.

'Look at that thing, the wife will be mighty impressed!',

I said to myself, as I quickly got undressed.

No sense in letting this rare occasion go to sad waste,

sporting a wang brings a smile to my face!

"Hey, honey, wakie, wakie, check out this baby!"

"You woke me up for that? Take care of it yourself, maybe?

You men are all the same!" Well, embarrassed, I rolled away,

I can't talk anymore--there's a game of pocket pool to play!
