More Than An Action

A hug

It's not just an action

It's a feeling

 A feeling between two people

that feel the same for one another 

Two people, 

man and woman

Independent on their own

Coming together 

Arms surrounding each other

Man's arms around her waist

Woman's arms around his neck

Tight in an embrace

bodies pressed close together 

The feeling of warmth passing between them 

For a moment you feel... 

Something that's new 

Yet, an old memory long forgotten  

Warm

 Welcoming 

feels like Home 

 But after a while of the peaceful comfort 

You know you have to loosen your grip

 And let him go. 

He may tighten his grip

Holding you close

Wishing you too be near him longer 

eventually letting you go 

but lingering a moment longer

that would be a feeling most heavenly

a feeling most precious 

To be wanted.
