Oh, Hello Ana

Oh, Hello Ana

A Poem by M O R P H I N E

This body is a puzzle
Where pieces are slowly falling out of place

Slowly they fall, but there are no other pieces
that can ever replace

What has been lost now
Shall never be found again

Shatter the whole image
and throw the thing away

Watch the bones emerge
This is beauty from sheer pain

Slender and perfect
Better than what pictures portray

Yes, you are art
Standing and holding yourself.

Lets start again, shall we
and create a new girl.

I really liked this. It had something powerful that lingered once you had finished reading it.
