A silly cow

A silly cow

A Poem by Rachika Evelyn Fauz

I have tried and tried,
To shout and sit.
Stir beyond my universe is shaken,
You think I do nothing.
You think I gaze endlessly,
Have no heart.
Indeed I am the heartless monster
You crave.
The monster you scared of.

Haha, Look at those beady eyes.
Oh! Heavens you have showered
But look at those beady eyes,
Diamond glistening in their own coal mines,
A cartoon character with those eyes.

Should I shout some more?
Should I jump up and down?
Can you not see?
Or are cartoon characters not real?

I know, I Know I have so much to ask
But you have no answers to give,
How will you? I never ask you.

Silly cow I call myself,
And here and there I do talk to me.
I like me more than I like you.

I will stop shouting now.
You will never understand.
