That Rainbow

Used to come with Mellifluous voice

Turns into Phosphene.

Phosphene...
Sometimes we see things even with our eyes closed.
Certain images just remain.
The refraction of light through rain drops, so beautiful.
Enjoyed this piece. How you see color and give the reader a notion of sound, or a sweet soft voice.
Keep it up!
Take good care.

My pleasure, as always.....N
Change of heart or reality can alter our perception, when that happens what a let down, a spectacular Rainbow will be nothing but plain light! With just few words you painted a wonderful sensation here!

It's entirely my pleasure.
Sometimes it’s our mind that makes us hear differently- we need to listen carefully with the heart- we need to protect our heart from unwelcome words and actions of the world, the heart can be a very noisy room... wonderful and thought provoking, makes one think .. enjoyed reading 🌹

Honestly, I had to look for the meaning of some words, but this is really nice. Nice job :)

All that once burst forth with colour and sweet song can in due course become colourless and invisible.

Reads like a metaphor for the passing of life and loves.

Nice work, Mou. Short and meaningful.

Welcome :-)
Things that once were ,now are not.
An experience of seeing light that was never even light at all, maybe.
Things change, this poem presented the reality of that very well. Nice!
