you left me unprotected

Alone and shaking

unable to fight

scared and tired.

Everything wrong and nothing right.

In a time of hatred

you allowed me to cower

You chose not to hear.

Tired and helpless

you left me to fend.

No one by my side

only hope for the end

In a time of hatred

you were my enemy

you fought me here.
