Tell Them Apart.

Tell Them Apart.

A Poem by M.K. JOSEPH
"

Always be careful who you call friends, cause very few will be by your side when you're in that lowest point of your life. So this point basically says the same. Rather have 2 real pals. That's family.

"
That point in time,
that particular one
Everyone has that one point in time,
so you're not the only one
When time freeze,
the world stands still.
Silence!
All is quiet but the sound of the breeze,
biting under your skin like teeth made of steel
The good times are quickly forgotten,
friends swiftly fade away
Like a slithering serpent into the woods they varnish,
then, only then you know there is just one way.
To be strong and cross the desert only by yourself,
cause only yourself you got
For it's this way that you'd really learn the ways of life,
friends and fiends are one and the same in time of need.
Only those who remain, are truly family...
Blood or not.
That one point in time tells them all.
