Sheila

Sheila

A Poem by Enigma
"

I wrote this poem a couple years ago in memory of my mother who past away from leukemia when i was 5.

"

Sheila
Why did she have to leave me
I just dont understand
Why did she have to go away
and make me so sad
A person I
loved and adored
Why couldnt she live
just a little more
She left me
at the age of five
but I dont see why
death had to take her life
when people learn about her
they say "oh what a shame"
but they don't even care
to know her name
when Sheila Terrell-Riddle died
inside of me felt like a bomb
because as you guessed it
she was my mom
