HIS TOUCH

HIS TOUCH

A Poem by Barbara Lynne

His Touch
I love the way your fingers
Glide gently across my skin
It makes my heart start pounding
And the butterflies begin
Your touch is ever so gentle
I quiver from head to toe
This aching for you deep within
No other could ever know
And when your arms surround me
I feel warm and so at ease
And as you draw me closer
I get weak in both my knees
Your lips are so inviting
Your kisses, soft and sweet
The way you whisper in my ear
Sweeps me off my feet
But when you look at me my love
Your eyes touch deep within my heart
And soon, I know, our love will join
And no longer will we be apart

About
I have been writing poems and songs since I was a young girl. Sometimes it is easier to say how you feel and what you dream in a poem or song than it is face to face. I appreciate all comments and t.. more..
