SORROW BE GONE

SORROW BE GONE

A Poem by Barbara Lynne

SORROW BE GONE

Sorrow be gone, you have no right
You no longer rule my day
You no longer steal my night

Sorrow be gone, you have no right
A heart filled with darkness
Now radiates with light

Sorrow be gone, you have no right
A peace flows within me
Gone is the pain and the fight

Sorrow be gone, you have no right
What I could not see before
Now clearly is in sight

About
I have been writing poems and songs since I was a young girl. Sometimes it is easier to say how you feel and what you dream in a poem or song than it is face to face. I appreciate all comments and t.. more..
