The Guy I Saw

The Guy I Saw

A Poem by Natasha Ashway
"

Self-explanatory.

"

His jaw
Was clean and lean,
And colors reflected twice as sharply
Amongst the flickering glints
In irises of fire,

His hair
Was brown and grown,
His face
Beautiful,
And the elegant planes shifting under golden skin
Squeezed at my heart when
He caught my eye.

What an experience! You look like you have met the Prince of your dreams and have transferred to us very appropriately the subtle charms of that lucky one! Your whole description reminded me of passion and fire. Was it a first sight or the closer encounter of someone you have already seen? How did it turn out? In that sense, your poem is interesting for it makes the reader imagine a lot about what happened next Thank you for the sweet moment!
