Primal.

Primal.

A Poem by Desert Rose
"

After watching Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron

"
Little, by Little..

I'm starting to Realize that,

Maybe, we need.

To Learn.

How to Unlearn.

What we have Learned.

Maybe.

Just Maybe.

Humanity’s primordial Mistake,

is simply,

the fact that,

We learned to Talk…

Sometimes I wonder what it would be like if we didn't have our sense of self; but then I would never be able to know what it would be like to have no sense of self because i'd need a sense of self to notice we didn't have one...
Anyway, silly comment, I know.
It's what this reminds me of.
The images go nicely with it. Personally I think your work doesn't need the aid of pictures because it can speak for itself but I like what you've done with it nonetheless.

The inability to step out of the world of noise and listen to silence is a lost art. Thanks for the attempt to restore it. Well done!

& thank YOU for passing by & posting a review! :)
Sometimes it's better to bask in silence. Maybe even better to bask in the silence with someone else by your side. To learn how to live in a quiet moment. Take in your surroundings. Find clarity. Especially in a world so busy.

I totally agree with the message this poem has. Humanity has built up rules and created stigmas in our society that has caused us for forget how to be human, how to love, or just how to be. Thank you for sharing < 3

That very well could be our downfall. Talking. And maybe thinking too.
A excellent poem, it does cause one to stop and ponder the wisdom of what you say. Lovely photos too, it reinforces the ending nicely. Animals do seem to get along a lot better than human beings do.
