Hollow Words

Hollow Words

A Poem by nyi

Do I lack the stamina to love you?

Are you simply just immune to love

A sense of boundary just vanishes

For you came into my life so sudden

We both can’t improvise with our creation

Though lack the name, corrosive to our lives

Dreams washed away giving place to nightmares

Lingering on your breath made my confidence melts away

Is my name reminds you of pungent smell now?

For I dug up your past in so short time

Truth is : we both are freaks of nature

With our past trauma, love has no space

And I am all out of word except sorry

Wishing I just cause you pain and not scars

But I have saved these hollow words all my life just for you

I really love you so much with all my heart

When we feel hollow and afraid. Hard to open new doors. Questions of love are answered by spending time and life together. Hoping for a good ending. I did like the positive ending. A excellent poem.
