Kindness can go a very long way.

When you are lonely,  down or sad.

Scared or upset. 

Confused or heartbroken.

Please remember this festive season?

Not everyone will be filled with the joys

of the occasion.

Someone might have lost someone at this

time of year. Maybe having a troubled year

in general. So many reasons. So many souls

lost and hurt.

Spare a thought for these spirits.

Who needs a kind gesture their way.
