This is a cruel world.

The homeless begging in the streets

cardboard cities everywhere.

Even in the suburbs

where people actually

live and just manage to

survive too as the wages are

on zero contracts and limited

jobs going around to do.

Prescription charges are

going so high.

You will need a bank loan

to pay for your

medication scripts alone.

Kids are stabbing each other

over "dissing them".

 

In the old days a

dispute with someone.

Was sorted out with just a fist fight.

It's now who dies first is the winner.

That is sick and so very tragic.

Old people and vulnerable people

are attacked in their homes and

robbed and sometimes raped too.

So you don't even feel safe inside

your own home no more.

This world is so fucked up.

Where has compassion, love,

caring and decency went

in this world.

I pity the next generation growing up.
