Savage Humans that just dont care?

Should there be

an intelligence test

and certificates

you have to earn,

before you are allowed

to give birth and have children

in general?

Like you earn

having a driving license.

As a lot of babies/children in this world

are unwanted, throwaways.

Abused, mistreated in many ways.

And that is by their own blood parents.

Just curious thoughts that spring to mine.

The problem you speak of has probably been going on longer than you're even aware of. Poverty and abuse may play a part but it is certainly a fact that some people shouldn't be parents. That's when the abortion problem comes in but that's for another story.

No. It might appear tempting but a slippery road to God knows where. Our overwhelming and existential issue now is climate change and overpopulation is one of the main problems. The solution will not be easy!

i really think you may be right...because there is so much neglect and abuse...and it is really bad here in Southern Illinois...too often the news is of a baby shaken to death by one of the parents...

Thanks Jacob, I really do wonder sometimes, why some many people have children and at end of day they mistreat them so badly and hate them for being born. In this modern day of contraception. It makes me wonder why they ever had children.
