Everyone goes through the day without thinking about something

"
A mythical stone 
A turn of tone
A wishing well
Little bells
A house on a hill
Ducks with bills
They all are things that matter
Gone unnoticed in a spin
Folded, blinded, forgotten
But unforgotten to the world
They all are useful in little ways
Stories that are told by them
Are they allowed to stay? No?
