Tennessee Summer

Tennessee Summer

A Poem by Paige

And the twang in me was already wondering about my Tennessee summer
Would the sun feel the same laying across my face
And how would I know where the river sounds the most soothing
Is it summer without daily adventures in the woods or nights in a tiny bar
I respect all your big city dreams
And it's beautiful how the lights in the city never burn out
But the love in my heart has always been called by the stars
And in a place so big there aren't any near or far

I love how lyrical this is written. In its few lines it is very engaging. Great work.
