Poetry: The blackness of depression is not black

Poetry: The blackness of depression is not black

A Poem by zennedpen
"

A poem that shows us that depression is not so black, because there is always an opening in it, when you use the key of creativity, to create some light in its blackness.

"

I sunk deeper, and deeper, into my blackness.
It was the same process as relaxing in reverse.
Instead of relaxing more, and more, into a great light,
I stressed into a much greater deepness of blackness.

Everybody is depressed to some degree in this life.
Disappointment walks hand in hand with success.
We are always alone, never can we be anything else.
The rewards of depression are seen within creation.

Create something, and you will go down deeper,
but be lifted up again, by what you have created.
The pointlessness of existence points at only you,
when you see its finger pointing, it's a hullabaloo.

God's love was depressed until God created creation.
Creation, creating, brings life to any depressed person.
God knows this too, so he gave you a special gift.
Find it, and work with it, and you will be special then too.
