she stood by the window face blank her eyes dimmed when suddenly she saw a man. his black hair,red eyes and pale skin. her face lit up. she put her hand out to call to him but nothing came out. she screamed in her mined for him over and over but he ignored her. she fell to her knees sobbing ...

she never saw him again. until one day she saw the news
" late last night Dillon Playson was found dead" the reporter said she went to her bedroom and cried herself to sleep
 but this is only the beginning

You underlined the letter, "a" in dead ? Does that have some meaning ? As for the story so far, it's seems to be steeped in tragedy. Heckuva way to start a story. :3
