The Fall

The Fall

“The Fall”

To see me now

I'm sure you must

Be thinking

Scott however did

You let things get

This this?

When we knew you

You always were

In motion -

A frenetic blur

Of dreams and of

A zest.

How did you come

To change not for

The better?

To you, my friends,

I reply with

This answer -

Some ways are lost

More often than

You realize,

Why not ask Icarus

How he enjoyed

The fall?
