Don't Ever Tell Anybody Anything

It doesn't have to be a long period of time. If you give your heart to somebody for any amount of time, whether they accept it or not, you'll never get it back. You'll spend forever trying to steal it back from the one who stole it from you. You may receive pieces of it, but the heart, as a whole, will never fit perfectly back into your chest. The people you meet in life after this person will always feel inferior or unappreciated. It's because you're searching for the feeling you had before and all you can offer this new person is half-heartedness.
