Outside (In progress)

An "in progress poem"

I'm on the outside looking in
Nothing really seems to fit
Against the glass I slam my fist
And yet no one moves an inch
I walk away to get some air
No one really seems to care
I sit down I'm all alone
I am really far away from home
600 miles aren't so far
At least when I have got a car
But your arms are where I belong
And that ship is long gone
