Simple

Days roll on days and nights roll on nights

I try not to think back to all of those fights

My life has moved on and I finally can breathe

After all of this time I will actually know peace

I look to the sky and watch the sun set

I feel the burden lift, I am without debt

A smile plays at my lips and I know I can cope

I look at your eyes and my heart fills with hope
