My first attempt at humor

I know a girl that is very special to me
I care about her greatly, everybody can see
This girl is great, so nice and so fair
Pretty smile on her lips, gorgeous curls in her hair
Her eyes are so bright, vibrant and shining
When I watch her go she just leaves me pining
Now I'm at a loss wondering what do I do
then I hear a voice say I have some advice for you
Dust yourself off and cast off the doubt
Man the hell up and ask that girl out

You have commas but no period marks? According to linguistic traditions, that is called "inconsistency". This is a very well-thought out little piece, though. Nice work!
