Dust ardent pleasures

Across the pulsing heart

Sending spiraling shivers

Of emancipating desire

Intangible reaction

Quakes within the soul

Billowing fire

Out of control

Searing lave bursts

From each sweat

Soaked pore

Calling for its owner

Like it never has 

before

Body racked 

with urgent need

Pleading it cries

Begging for what 

It seeks

Elusive as always

Physical touch is 

But a wisp

upon the wind

We all take love in a different way. We inhale or exhale the feelings and that is how we deal with love. Though love is different for everyone and each person has their own story and experience. Good or bad, love can make or break us. It's just all about how we approach it and are able to handle the good and bad times. The obstacles and how we get past them.

The aching and pain of our memories...are sometimes more vivid and real then the experience itself. I can sense the yearning and urgency in this highly personal, emotional and triumphant write PB..
I must say, I was drawn in my the title "Ingestion of Love", because I never heard the word ingest referred to with love, and it made and makes sense. I was then captivated by the flow and even more by the rhyme (more like near/slant, and imperfect) rhyme much like Emily Dickinson. You words were perfectly laid out and created a lover's loss. I loved the last stanza...beautifully stated.
Sometimes love is really painful, but the loss or "elusiveness" of love is even more profound.
