Write me into a chapter

Letting a bright smile

Form on these lips

Scribble me into

A place within your

Intriguing beating heart

So I know not all

Was in vain

 

Tattoo me onto

Your paper of life

Letting world know

That I am a friend

And am real

So that I can

Accept how I feel

 

Find a place

For me to fit

Within your amazing

Pages of your journey

And just once

Draw your hand holding mine

I like the desire of this poem. I wonder sometime if the people in my past remember me? I write of some poetry and story of the good people in my life. They do not haunt me. Memories of love and chance is what we need to look back on when we are not young anymore. Nice thoughts and desires in this outstanding poem.
