Bureaucratic efficiency

Enables global companies

To keep accounts creatively.

Evading liability.

 

Exploiting technicalities

of international law with ease.

A tax evasion strategy

Of rather doubtful legality.

 

These companies look for a way

to reduce the tax they pay

By any means they can devise.

Which should not come as a surprise.

 

I am convinced this is the truth

but it is hard to find the proof.
