See you soon.

See you soon.

See you Soon.

The sandy path that leads downhill

And brings you to the watermill.

A favourite place we used to go.

To watch the mill wheel turning slow.

It’s not the same when you’re not there

I find your absence hard to bear.

Your time was up you had to go.

I know you didn’t want to though.

When you are called you must obey.

Just spread your wings and fly away.

I am content, you are at peace.

But I must wait for my release.

I’ll join you where you wait for me.

Together for eternity.

See you soon, the hopeful words that flow from your pen so sweet; not a trace of the selfish heart that sometimes visits the face of those who have lost their treasured love. Your exquisite write has taught me so much about the losses I have faced. Thank you dear sir for the simple and profound in one adoring piece.

Beautiful heartfelt tribute. Poignant and perfect.
