Stranger

Stranger

A Poem by prema

                                          stranger
The vagrant mind always seeks a stranger
To defy itself the very strangeness of HIM
Exploring the unknown by throwing light
The mind then can settle for a while.

The wanderer (me) found many a faces
But all wore a knowing smile
Frustration crept from head to toe
Still I yearned for that distant call.

Hope hardly dies on a wanderer
It took ME to the remotest corner
Will the stranger be there?
Waiting for Me to be cornered.
