Talent Finding

Identifying a real performer is a difficult task. The talent finder has to verify and validate before declaring someone as a performer. The search becomes difficult if there are so many imposters who fake with the same theatrical performance as the original role player. This assumed role-play by the fakers really puts obstacles in the path of identifying the real diamond among the fake ones for the talent finder. It is always not possible to simulate the same performance of the original performer. Nevertheless, the assumption of these arrogate fakers is that by faking what the original performer is doing, somehow they can overshadow him and take over the rewards that are due to him. Overall, sometimes, God forbid, if the talent finder is not alert, he may end up choosing the fake performer as the real one.
