Sadness + Happiness

sadness is a flat dark sphere

unwanted and undesired

it has always tried to be

in plain sight

just so that it could be played with.

just once.

 

happiness is a worn little ball

it hates being grabbed at

so it hides away in the most

unexpected of things

trying not to be found.
