"The Treasure..."

"The Treasure..."

A Poem by masqued_muse
"

self explanatory...^^

"
 More than  the price of rubies,
  the strength of a good woman's soul.
 More precious than silver,
  the weight of her worth.
 Clothed with inner beauty;
  a diamond you can hold,
  no greater gift delivered,
  to a man upon this earth.
 At midnite she will rise;
  to see that all is well,
  though many tears will overflow,
  tarnishing her crown.
 And as each one dries;
  arms reach to compel,
  forgiving harvests only grow,
  where the seed of pain is found.
 Her children seek to bless her name;
  her companion's heart, in her hands.
 The Light of Truth forever shines,
  in the smile that forever burns..
 Her compass is a candle's flame
  though weary eyes may scan;
  the horizon for a welcome sign,
  a lost one has returned.
 When burdens become too demanding;
  stars  may weep  above.
 But their light will always find her standing,
  within the fire of Love.

Amazing....I think you covered it all...A true woman, wife, mother, lover and woman of God.

Lovely and so true. Reminds me of the beautiful Proverb. I think its like 31:10 - "A capable wife who can find? Her value is worth more than that of corals..."

Your poem of the same theme does justice to 'her' value. :-)
Well done.
