Beginning or Ending?

Sometimes pain needs causing 

To begin again

To start over

Fresh

New

Starting

By bringing up

Uncovering the past

Over and over 

It can teach you

It can give you something 

You never thought you needed

Or 

You never thought you wanted

Pain 

Can also tear you limb from limb ripping out each part of your heart and challenging your mind with its extremities

The pain can cause depression

A sudden fall

That is needed to get stronger

Deeper within the hole 

That you've fallen so deep within 

Pain can be needed 

For change

For growth

For a chance to begin again

Or for a chance to call it quits, and pull the plug

Sometimes pain needs causing

But no matter what the need

It's never wanted or desired

Pain can begin or end within an instant
