staring at the sun

staring at the sun

A Poem by ringo
"

an old poem

"
Staring at the sun
i see myself
Bright,strong, invincible
A sweet singing bird blocks the rays
A blanket of black holes
Ripping my skin off
Never again does the sun feel right
coldness shreds away my protection
Gaping holes in my armor
Starving my body of its comforts
Robbing me of my pride
My venerability left out
for everyone to see
a bird with no worries
careless and reckless with stolen martyr
i"m not the first and I'm not the last
