Subtle

Subtle

A Poem by RL Valdez

And the fifth lunar of the year
Came in between stars of the leap,
Made a beast out for just a kiss
To let the growls of heart's beat
Waltz in free with the caressing breeze.
Not everything is fine, nor is nothing;
As hand of the hour sings,
The song of our do-re-mi
Swayed along the tip of daffodils
To catch the pearl falling into mist.
With the grip of death lingering around
Like it really came entwined with,
Each yell of drops from nil
Stealthily fading through the curse of wind
As it whispered its adieu silently.

About
The person in circles, deep thoughts, and happy pens... to whom regrets are measured in pearls. The person behind a mask, behind those thoughts... to whom words are easier on paper than said. Frustr.. more..
