Nevermore Will I Let It Get To Me

Nevermore Will I Let It Get To Me

A Poem by Sir Robert Robbie Lord Dudley

I really like to see

every moment really die

I'm glad I really did

I'm lost at the word

forever in the night

lost in the sea

sinking into the ground

on another cover down

usually my chamber doors

now and evermore

seen again there at sweeps

at the edges of my life

into the air might trouble me

and how am I now

and how can it make me

cry out as one around

bound to find

in the wanton down from

sunken deeper down

five phantoms

and it won't explain it all

I don't want to feel

that severe hurt

on my head here

where I'm lost

but not no more

which made my heart

so very sore

so I rove made me careless

hardly holding on now

across the fields

that glows in the dark

in the constellation

of all these broken stars

conceals something

from this one charge

and I rambled about

that's my way of finding

freely now

into the streets

that glows in the dark

in the constellation

of all these broken stars

conceals something

from this one change

on the road

for whoever

for any other lost

deeper in thought

of a little foam a bit more

we're not after all

so very sure

so bring it up

in your own stuff inside

I really like to see

every moment really die

I'm glad I really did see

I don't want it no more

I don't want it no more

I don't want it no more

I know no more

you can have it

I know it

like my book

on my eyes

from my heart

what I missed the most

of the moments

is it once more it oughta be

I wished in this poem for

I had that vision for

sweet by and by

sweet by and by

sweet by and by

sweet pie and pie

wherever you are, I am

in the sky carrying us

I really like to see

every moment really die

I'm glad I really did

as we meet

a swan goes outside

by the moon

by the image

still pretty poetry

in a little chance

by the bridge

not at home

so no excuses, me

understands

while I jam throughout it

into the rain

or no rain

it's the same

it's just a drop

are the stars

still pretty poetry

of issues 'til then? Dail-A-Poem.
