Unicorn

A Poem by Ryan Lowrey

How does a man describe the heart?

Of the woman who so easily pulls his apart.

Her eyes are of the night,

Deep and full of mystery,

Her lips give me insight,

Into a world rich in history.

Her soul is ageless and pure,

Garnered by the light,

If nothing else I am sure,

She will make everything right.

Starkly defining my every thought,

Her will is a power of nature’s might,

Should a soul be capable of ever being bought?

This woman would have it on first sight.
