Walk

the sweet heart walk

Not a drive or a ride,

I would prefer to walk.

With those entire little step we take,

I am lost in the word you say,

The rhythm that matches our feet,

I fall in love with you so deep.

To tell the truth,

I just want to stay longer with you.

May be I am a fool,

But I am lost in your word,

Every little word you say,

My ears are wide open and want to stay.

I miss this in every walk we take.

Not in the front nor when back,

My heart smiles when we walk side by side.

With every step we take I don’t want this road to end,

Only if I could tell that I will hold you till the end,

Only if i could say that I will stay forever till the end,

Only if I could confess that I have and will love you till the end.

Your poem shows both the carefree loving way it can be when two people walk together & also you show a deeper meaning about how it's better to slow down & take in the details of what we're doing in this life, what we're doing when we spend time with another person, really feeling it & soaking it in.
