Take a break?
We are always on a break
Being able to see you
That's when I wonder if i'm dreaming

Take some space?
All we have is space between us
When there isn't space
I start to wonder if I will wake up and it will all vanish

Take a step back from each other?
You are a 100 miles away from me
I never know where you are
And if you'll come back

I should watch my words before I say something mean?
I have said so many hurtful things
You have just never been around to hear them

I should stop before I cry?
I have cried so many tears
But you were always miles away
Not caring

Take a step back?
I'll do better
I'll run in the complete opposite direction
 

Author's Note

This guy who I have liked for a while who always is too busy to follow through on anything he says he'll do, pushed me over the edge the other day. Now he is saying we shouldn't fight we should just take a step back from each other. But our whole relationship has been one BIG step back from each other. And I am done!

Dear Sarah, keep your heart until you are sure someone is worthy of it. When a male begins to show his true colors, ask yourself if you would want to face the misery for the rest of your life and have your children treared the way he treats you. If the answer is no, send him on down the road, he doesn't deserve you.. You are a rare and special person and deserve the best. Work on your education and future, date along the way, but don't give your heart away. If along the way you meet a good and special man, tell him your plan to finiish your education and begin to build a future. If he is worthy of you, he will be understanding and even proud of you. If he says, "Oh, you don't need an education, I'll take care of you", a big red flag should go up and you should run away from him as fast as you can. In the course of time, the right man will come into your life and he will be worth the wait. He may not be the best looking guy on the planet but if he loves you and respects you and only wants the best for you, if he wants to be your partner, not your owner, and most of all if your Mother and your dog love him, give him a second look.
