The Universe

The

universe

was once one

particle, and yet

that one particle has

managed to grow to many.

The fact that these particles

can grow from nothing fascinates

me. The universe is expanding from

nothing. It’s expanding into nothing, and

I can’t help but wonder if these scattered par-

ticles will ever find their way back to each other,

because it must be pretty lonely to just expand into

nothing, never reaching a destination.
