Clench your mighty fist when quizzically Conveying ‘Hammer Blows’ row after row Chains that rattle and so oft fittingly Fact or fiction aloft heads filled with woe. I’m bound to say, we must “Pay the Piper” To retort when asked to pay faced dues Who awaits Spring must spiel not a griper With love and grace, walking in others’ shoes. Hold your scorn oft as a sobering thought The sum of efforts adds values to naught. © 2025 Sami Khalil |
