She...

She...

A Poem by Sammy Davis Levin
"

A poem about a certain person in my life...

"
She's never sorry
She never thanks you
She never loved me
She says she hates you

She causes problems
She says I'm to blame
She manipulates me
She make my life a game

She thinks she's winning
She really is
She wants to beat me
She's not better than this

She's a demon
She's disguised with a halo
She fools me sometimes and then
She'll raise hell, once again I know

She uses me as her scapegoat
She'll feed people lies
She wears a righteous coat
She has evil red eyes

And no matter what she does we still think she's an angel
Flying her way through heaven with no fear nor obstacle
And she'll make it her way
But only because deep down she's evil scum and is counting the days till i lay.

I really, really liked it! It was very interesting to read and I really enjoyed it! This is just a personal issue but I think the only thing that would make this a really good poem is to change the 'evil scum' part in the last line. I just think that it kind of adds a voice that doesn't really match the tone of the rest of the poem. Good work though :)
