how do you call out?

how do you call out?

A Poem by Samuel Nerdlpants

where does that special voice linger?

how do you tell people something you have trouble telling yourself?

and just when you have the courage built up; it crumble like so many things around you.

who can be there for you when you arent there for yourself, and when yourself isn't there for

you.

sometimes it slips out in a phrase or with an action, but somehow you cover it up.

how do you even cover it up;

with laughter, silence, anger, or perhaps violence?

how can you keep so much pain, so much anguish, inside?

it must spill out at some point...

it must.

what is normal, or is normal what you are?

word on the street is that a magical land far away will take you away from the pain inside.

but there's only one road to take to get there.

some call it - the "bad" path.....

it might hurt someone else than yourself,

but i hear it's hardest right before you do it.

maybe someone can help you, but dont let them tell anyone about it...

because the "bad path" by some standards, is really....

asking someone for help.

I really liked this piece, I felt like it spoke to me. It was really beautiful, and I love your word choice. Good job :)
