Across the room I see you

And I know you see me too

That smile plays upon your lips

As you watch me seductively move my hips

I look again and you're not there

Then I feel your breath upon my hair

There's no one else but you and I

And I breathe out the softest sigh

You're slowly turning me around

I feel my feet leave the ground

Your gentle touch across my arm

A soft caress, full of charm

A feeling of warmth within my heart

A forbidden love we can't impart

You reach for my hand

And together we stand

Glancing into each other's eyes

Wondering where our love lies

With only the sound of our hearts beating

We both know this is not something fleeting
