You asked me what memory I would like to take with me into eternity and I replied with ..the day I met you.... Memories, I haven't got very many, I threw so many of them away so the ones I have are either made up or hoped for I had time to think about your question, I thought very hard and now my reply will be that because of you The single most memory that I want to take to eternity is the one when my father asked my forgiveness It was this memory true, hoped for and realized that has given me the ability to meet people like you To make a memory and keep it, now my memories cling to me and become one long thread of joy So my friend, let our memories become realities may they become our only clothing, may they be strong and capable of carrying us into eternity where we will never have to contemplate our single most favorite memory.

You have written on an issue that will resonate with many and will have many different answers. i suppose for most of us our memories will range from painful to life affirming. You have touched on the vital point of forgiveness and the importance of giving or seeking it before it is too late.
