Love Prints In Calligraphy~

Love Prints In Calligraphy~

A Poem by NoneOfYourBusiness akaKITTY KUTABAREakaCandyPole

White linen leaves wreath my heart

heartache in my pocket

pocketful of laurel oil glistens my wrist

wrists bound to somatic  fluids of your calligraphy

calligraphic surge in a juniper stream between my lips

lips rewrite me from the inside out

out me, catch me when I am seized  between the carnal skin

skin strips proffered onto  sanctified  idolatry

idolatry  strains the softest crush of me in citrus rinds

rind ribbons open to the reverence

reverence unfastened by hedonic ache

ache in the impact of your soul

soulful blue memories print your palm in clay

clay shape under your touch

touched by whispers giving themselves to moonlight

moon in full pouring crème  under the stars

starlight, star bright, span the continents, the oceans

ocean  loves me, loves me not

not tomorrow, tonight, bring me closer to the carnal

carnal epiphany in your mount

mountain beneath my hands sighing a thousand stories

stories in your bones disengage to my love

love like a queen in a uncanny legend

legendary fables entranced with a morph in the fabric

fabric threads in silver from my ribs

rib to rib, the leaves around my heart crimson steep

steeped in magik tea leaves

leaves in a wreath  completed within you

you . . . .

If I lived a million years, I would never fail to be in awe of the inspiration for this write, Sunshine... for what is of such depth in beauty and pain to you is nothing short of epiphany to me...

amazing, the words that garden put inside your little girl heart, such whispers from blooms never meant to be eternal and yet they blossom still.......

The vocabulary astounds me. Wonderful poem Selene, you have no bounds, someday you will have your own self-titled book full of poems, and I'm going to buy one.

Hello Selene,

I love the pace, and the fluency that came with the way you set this piece up. I think it's absolutely brilliant, and touching.

Regards,

Matthew

Your words enchant and lure, weaving us into a world most will never know .. you're the writer men would die for and the woman would die to be.

Magik indeed!

I love the way you have written this...the first word a vestige of the line before...each thought connected to the last...like a stitch in a seam that binds you to your thoughts...your love...your dream...
like our lives...not a series of days unrelated to the others...but each connected to the last...to the next...stitches in the fabric that one day will be complete and any who stop to see...to touch...make the effort to learn what we were about will be able to follow the trail from one day to the next...a trail of breadcrumbs...
if we are faithful in following to the end...we will see all of you...
for better or worse...
richer or poorer...
unadorned...unpretentious...
screaming..."THIS IS ME...!
"LOVE ME OR NOT...YOUR CHOICE...!"
I know I will love what I see...

I wish I had your gift...
